If it isn't max damage then you should seriously think hard about expert salvaging for the mods or maybe even shop selling if the mod(s) are crap. It looks like only 2 of your items are max. I say this because you will really never be able to sell the item unless somebody is willing to risk the salvage opportunity. I've been screwed on many a salvage, but IMHO it's worth the risk of trying to get some of the mods and selling the mod at 10X the cost of what somebody is going to pay to risk salvaging a mod out of the item. I wouldn't pay much more than 5k for a chance to salvage a 50k mod, but that's just me, and it REALLY depends on the mod(s) on the weapons and the demand for said mod(s). So anyways here's the scoop on your stuff:

Icy Break Hammer of Shelter: Expert Salvage: Haft 400gp, Grip maybe 600gp

Sundering Longbow of Shelter: Expert Salvage: String 10/8 15-20k, Grip maybe 600gp

Vampiric Composite Bow of Enchanting: Expert Salvage: String 5/-1 50-75k, Grip 19% Enchant 20-25k

Ebon Flamberge of Shelter: Expert Salvage: Hilt 500gp, Pommel maybe 600gp

Sundering War Hammer of Hammer Mastery is actually max dmg and nice low 8 req, but the problem is the dmg mod is while hexed is not so popular. I would seriously consider expert salvaging: Haft 10/9 25kish, Grip 17% 4k if that

Zelous Break Hammer of Enchanting is again max dmg, vs hexed mod is almost perfect (15% is max), req is the main problem here (13!) which is the big turn off, and another problem is the mods are mediocre at best and not very popular to say the least. I would prob just shop sell this bad boy and call it good. Others may argue, but if you spend more than 5 mins selling it you're prob just wasting your precious farming time.

Ebon War Hammer has shop sell written all over it. The dmg is just way off (-2 min -3 max). Dmg mod is nice permanent but -5 energy ain't helping it either. No reason to salvage as there are no mods, but then again since there are no mods maybe expert salvage it and pray for a rare crafting item outta it.

These do have some value as is, but i'd say around 1/10th the price of the highest valued mod, and that's just my rule of thumb....
